How to return

MABRUN.COM has created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

You can return any item purchased on MABRUN.com within 14 working days from the delivery date. Here’s how:

  • Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached.
  • Log in and go to My Account. In this page, left below, you will find the RMA section. Click on it, to start the return procedure. In this page, click on Request New Rma, choose the number related to the order you want to return and follow the instruction. Please, remember to specify with a comment if you want to return the whole order or just some items.
    If you are a Guest customer, Click HERE to request your RMA.
  • Fill in the RMA module and specify the reason for the return.
  • Print the return label that you will receive per e-mail from our Customer Care Service.
  • Prepare the package and stick the UPS label (only for CEE countries) on the original box (or any other solid, rigid carton box) over the prior delivery information.
  • Schedule the pick up of your package by contacting UPS by phone or online within 14 working days to arrange a suitable date.

N.B.: the refund does't includes import-export fees.

 

Return costs per Country

RETURN COST 14 €: Austria, Germany, France, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, United Kngdom, Czech Republic.

RETURN COST 18 €: Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Greece.

Your will receive a email confirming the acceptance of your return within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, MABRUN.COM will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.

You can always check the status of the returned order through the area My Account or by entering the code that you will find on your copy of the label at www.ups.com.

 

NOTES:

Send your return only from the same Country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries.

Make sure that the blue safety drawstring is still attached at the item. We will not refund items returned without this drawstring.

MABRUN.COM reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise.

MABRUN.COM reserves the right to request photographic support for returns if necessary for the evaluation of return process.

 

FAQ RETURNS:

1) I'm not registered with your website and now I can't find the RMA module. What can I do to give a item back?

If you are not registered with our website, and for this reason, you can't access to a personal area, you can anyway fill in a RMA module. You have to go to "Request Return" , a section that you can find at the end of every page, or click here. Then, fill in the blanks with your Order Number and e-mail, and click on "Submit Request". In this way, you will manage to start a RMA procedure and follow the whole transaction without a registration.

2) Can I choose to return or change only part of the order?

Yes of course you can. Just remember to specify what item(s) you want to return or change in the RMA Page.

3) How long does it take to get a refund, after I have returned the item(s)?

Refund times depend on the payment methods:

  • Credit Card or Paypal: usually within 24 hours from the arrival of the item(s) in our warehouse.
  • Different payment methods: usually within 2-3 working days from the arrival of the item(s) in our warehouse. If you chose to pay through wire tranfer, please remember to write in the notes of the RMA page the exact amount of the returned goods.
